Bubble Bread

(printed from rickandrob.com from Rob's family recipe)

- 24 Frozen Dinner Rolls

- 1 cup of Brown Sugar

- 1 small box of Butterscotch Pudding (IMPORTANT - NOT instant pudding)

- 1/4 cup of White Sugar

- 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

- 1/2 cup of Chopped Pecans

- 1/2 cup of Melted Butter

Grease and flour a bundt or angel food cake pan.  Place the frozen dinner rolls evenly in the pan.  In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and butterscotch pudding.  Sprinkle the mixture over the dinner rolls.  Mix the white sugar and cinnamon.  Sprinkle the mixture over the rolls.  Sprinkle the pecans over the rolls.  Pour on the melted butter evenly.  Leave uncovered on the kitchen counter overnight.

In the morning, bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Let the bread sit in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes.  Turn upside-down onto a plate.  Slice or pull apart.

NOTE:

Great with Christmas Casserole!  Please be VERY careful when buying the pudding - it absolutely CAN NOT be instant pudding!
